2. Fault Handling: On-site faults will be processed through remote diagnosis first. Customers need to provide detailed failure logs and footage to assist our team in identifying software and hardware abnormalities.

3. Shipping & Cost Rule: Under valid warranty claims, free component replacement is guaranteed. We cover China-side outbound freight, whereas local customs expenses and return transport are customer obligations.

4. Warranty Exclusion: Damages induced by incorrect operation, unqualified installation, harsh grid environment and external physical damage are excluded from free warranty coverage.
